This because I think that IpTv could be -- as member of web applications -- a way to spread content exchange between human beings. Despite of this potentiality, the will of telco to squeeze money from this (further) lemon, brough the IpTV platforms prices (despite their intrinsic simple architectures), to grow and grow, forbidding the access to others.
